Jack Kirby’s X-Men # 1 (Original Pencils)

Original art of the complete X-Men #1 by Kirby and Reinman. Lee wrote many notes in the margins to remember what Kirby explained him when he delivered the pages to the Bullpen. The last owner of the complete set was Bill Weakley, who has a gallery on Comicartfans.com, you can contact him through there if you're curious about the provenance. He posted there all the pages in 2008 to tease, then offered the first choice to buy them to Josh Nathanson, the owner of ComicLink, who bought six pages. Afterwards, Weakley sold eventually the rest of the pages through Heritage Auction. Kirby didn't get returned any page from X-Men, so this book was stolen from Marvel circa early 80s.
